Standard service is a Cadillac Escalade or Lincoln sedan with a chauffeur trained to assist patients in and out of the vehicle, accommodate folded wheelchairs and walkers, and maintain absolute discretion throughout the trip.
For recurring treatments — chemotherapy, dialysis, radiation, physical therapy — we set up a standing reservation with the same chauffeur each visit, the same pickup time, and consolidated monthly billing. For out-of-town patients traveling to Boston for specialty care, we coordinate Logan or Hanscom Field pickup, hotel transfers, and daily hospital runs as one continuous engagement.

Do you provide wheelchair-accessible vehicles?
We accommodate folding wheelchairs, walkers, and other mobility aids in our standard SUVs and Sprinter. For non-folding power wheelchairs requiring a ramp or lift, we'll refer you to a specialized WAV operator — that's not our fleet.
Are you covered by insurance or Medicare?
We are a private luxury chauffeur service, not a Medicare-billable NEMT provider. Direct payment by patient, family, or employer is standard. Many oncology and long-term care patients use our service through their long-term care policy or HSA — check with your administrator.
Can the same chauffeur drive me to every chemo appointment?
Yes — that's the entire point of our standing-order program. Same chauffeur, same vehicle, same pickup time across the full treatment cycle. Consolidated monthly billing for the family.
Do you serve the Longwood Medical Area specifically?
Daily. We know which entrance at Dana-Farber, where the patient drop-off circle at Brigham actually is, and how to navigate Longwood Avenue at 9 a.m. on a Monday. That experience matters when a patient is having a hard day.
